Pop goes the...

...button!

It started off with the year-end school holidays, then it was the Christmas and other celebrations during December, then it was Chinese New Year. After all that feasting, celebrating and excesses, the trousers feel tighter, I cant button my jeans,(no the picture above is not of me!!) and just this morning the button on my capri popped off as I sat down to breakfast!

Guess, after today the celebrations are over. It's time to hit the treadmill, and back to having rabbit food and oatmeal for breakfast.

My cholesterol? Yikes! I will be going for another test some time soon!

I hope it's within the healthy levels, so you don't have to eat so much rabbit food, and don't have to keep such a close watch on being able to enjoy more of the CNY kind of food (seafood especially, that you like, and I like, too!).

Same thing here. Need to get back into exercising regularly again!

hehe!i can't really take rabbit food.But i guess i need to kick my butt to do more exercising.Hope you can burn down the body fats soon.:)
